The public and media are invited to join a status conference hearing in Prkic v. Sezzle Inc., Civil Action No. 24-cv-02624-PAB-NRN, set for: Wednesday, June 18, 2025,
at 10:00 a.m. MDT.
As a whistleblower and pro se litigant, Prkic has bravely pursued this case since filing her complaint on September 23, 2024, alleging retaliation, wrongful termination, and violations of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, and Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act against Sezzle Inc., a publicly traded fintech company.
This June 18 hearing, detailed in a Minute Order and publicly accessible on the PACER system at pacer.uscourts.gov, will address ongoing discovery and case progress.
